Firm plans crematorium

TALKS are still being held regarding the setting up of a gas-fired crematorium.

Dignified Crematoriums Ltd owner Maurice Ruggiero said establishing such a facility involved a lot of planning.

"It is still a long way from establishment because it takes a huge amount of planning. There are issues like technology to be considered and we still have issues to sort out," he said.

"In February this year, the Ministry of Health had announced its support for the idea for such a facility.
